Submitting a Refund Request

Up to 6,000 NIS can be requested via the Maccabi application or Maccabi Online. Rather than visiting a medical center or filling out a form to apply for a refund, apply in just a few simple steps through the app or Maccabi Online:

  1. Select the appropriate refund category from the list provided
  2. Upload the necessary documents, whichwill be listed based on the selected topic and subtopic
  3. Agree to the terms of service
  4. Send the request

  • Refund requests can be submitted:

- Via the app or Maccabi Online - for up to 6,000 NIS.
- For larger amounts, please submit a request using a designated form at the medical center.

  • Please ensure all required documents are attached.
  • If you cannot find a suitable refund category, you can select "other" and refer to the Maccabi website for a list of required documents

Refunds to bank accounts are only available for individuals with a standing order in place. If you haven't set up a standing order, you can call *3555 to arrange one and receive refunds directly to your bank account. Alternatively, update your account details at Maccabi Online, or contact the medical center for a cash refund.

  • As per Ministry of Health guidelines, refund claims will be processed within 45 working days from the date all required documents are received by the medical center.
  • As per the Additional Health Services terms and conditions, refund claims will be processed within 60 working days from the date all required documents are received by the medical center.

A refund will be possible under the following conditions:

  • Compliance with eligibility terms
  • All required documents are attached
  • You have an active standing order or credit card updated in Maccabi's system.

Once the application is submitted, you can track its status through both the app and Maccabi Online.
